Great outdoor pool area for relaxation.
The check-in process was frustrating. We waited outside for our room, and it felt unprofessional when the receptionist didn't inform anyone about our presence before leaving for the day. the room's soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear every step from above, making it uncomfortable to relax.

Families will love this place
Had an amazing time relaxing by the pool which was a real bonus for the kids! the hotel was very clean and the staff jumped to help every time we needed something.
It wasn’t cheap, but the overall experience was just fine.

The Tradition Room was decent, but it felt a bit stuffed, and the carpet seemed old. The bathroom worked fine, but the shower could use some maintenance since the water wasn’t hot enough. the bathtub drain wasn’t the best. we had standing water. When I flagged this to the staff, they checked but didn’t do much about it. the room wasn't what I hoped for, especially given the price.

Le Canberra has a cozy garden adorned with bougainvilleas and palm trees that invited me to unwind. The diverse seating areas provided the perfect backdrop for my afternoon tea, making it a delightful experience for a relaxing getaway.

The privilege room had a lovely view overlooking the pool with a step-out balcony. Access to the fitness centre and the sauna was a nice perk. The breakfast served freshly made pastries and local cheeses. The outdoor swimming pool area was relaxing, with plenty of sun loungers. Quick walk to the beach, which was convenient.
